Ballito & the Dolphin Coast.
Manned guarding, access control, and surveillance technology for retail centres, business estates, and mixed-use commercial developments north of Umhlanga.
The node
Ballito has grown from a coastal town into one of KwaZulu-Natal's busiest retail and commercial corridors. Ballito Junction Regional Mall and the Lifestyle Centre anchor a retail strip that draws footfall from across the Dolphin Coast, while surrounding office and showroom developments have filled in along the N2 frontage.
Inland, mixed-use estates such as Simbithi carry a commercial and office component alongside residential development, with controlled estate access adding a layer of gate and visitor management on top of standard tenant security. Further north toward Salt Rock and Tinley Manor, smaller retail and business nodes are still building out infrastructure — coverage there is scoped case by case.
Retail centres on this corridor see sharp seasonal swings — December and school-holiday footfall is materially higher than midweek trade — and we roster guarding and patrol coverage around that pattern rather than a flat headcount.
What we deploy here
