What manned guarding involves
Manned guarding is rostered, PSIRA-graded officers stationed on your site under a documented shift structure — not ad-hoc labour. Every contract runs on a 5-guard minimum, the threshold at which dedicated supervision, patrol logging, and daily reporting are operationally viable rather than a paper promise.
Grade C officers handle access control and basic guarding duties. Grade B officers carry out supervisory and shift-leader functions. Grade A officers act as site commanders on larger deployments. Most commercial sites run a mix of Grade B and C officers under a Grade A supervisor — we specify the exact mix in your proposal after a site assessment, not before.
Every patrol round is GPS-logged and digitally verified. Every shift handover and incident is documented. Reporting goes to your facilities team daily, not on request.
